Hi, I’m John — thanks for being here!

I’m a professional vocalist, songwriter, composer, and music producer creating music for radio, video games, film, and TV. I’ve been lucky enough to experience some meaningful milestones along the way: a No.1 radio hit, record deals with major labels, a first-place win with a $20,000 prize in a music competition, a single sponsored for the James Bond: Spectre movie, and a nomination for Best Original Soundtrack at the WL Film Festival in July 2024.

More than the credits, though, I’m grateful for the journey that shaped how I write and produce music.

I was born in Africa where my childhood was in Ghana, spent my teenage years in the Middle East, lived in Paris, and then five years in Jakarta, Indonesia before eventually settling in the UK for over a decade now. 'Home' has always felt both everywhere and nowhere — and that sense of movement, connection, culture, music and shared humanity naturally finds its way into my work.

I’m drawn to music that feels honest, emotional, and human — the kind that connects quickly but lingers after. Whether I’m writing songs for myself as an artist or composing for screen, my goal is always the same: to create music that supports the story, serves the moment, and resonates beyond any frame.
